Our Returns & Exchange Policy
At Wings of Opportunity, we believe jewelry should fly with you, not fail you. Each piece is made to keep up with your journey — whether that’s a sprint through the airport or a lazy brunch in the sun. While we don’t offer refunds, we do want you to feel good about your purchase.

Changed your mind? We’ve got options.
If your order arrives and it’s not quite what you expected, no stress. We offer a one-time exchange, or store credit for future treasures

Just email us at info@wingsofopportunity.com within 3 days of delivery and make sure the item is:
• Unworn and unused
• In its original packaging (tags, stickers and all)
• Still in a condition we’d be proud to resell

Shipping it back? Courier costs for returns are yours to cover — unless we made a mistake on our end.

Something not right? Let’s fix it.
We triple-check every order, but if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right.
Email info@wingsofopportunity.com within 3 days with:
• Your order number
• A few clear photos
• A quick note on what went wrong

If it’s confirmed to be a defect (like a faulty clasp or visible flaw), we’ll send a replacement or store credit — no extra cost to you. A product is classified as defective if it shows a serious fault in construction or design that reduces its quality, practicality, or safety beyond what’s normal. When this happens, we’ll gladly replace it for you without extra fees.

A quick note about earrings and sale items
For hygiene reasons, all earrings are final sale — unless defective.
Items purchased on sale or promotion can’t be returned or exchanged either.

Caring for your jewelry = keeping it pretty

Our stainless-steel pieces are crafted to be tarnish-proof, waterproof, and hypoallergenic—ready to soar with you all day long. With a little tender loving care, they’ll keep their shine and stay untarnished, no matter where your journey takes you. To keep them looking their best, avoid exposing your jewelry to lotions, perfumes, oils, hair products, and harsh soaps or cleaning agents. Like a well-maintained aircraft, a little care goes a long way in ensuring smooth travels for your treasures.

Everyone’s skin chemistry is unique, and sometimes reactions with skin oils or products can cause temporary color changes. These natural variations don’t affect the quality or durability of your jewelry and aren’t considered defects, so they can’t be returned. 

Paying via EFT? Here’s the deal.
If you chose manual EFT and we don’t receive payment within 48 hours, we’ll cancel the order and release the stock.
To keep things moving smoothly:

• Email a PDF proof of payment to info@wingsofopportunity.com (No screenshots, please!)
