At Wings of Opportunity, we don’t just ship jewelry—we send your story into flight. From the moment you place your order, our crew is working behind the scenes to get your pieces cleared for takeoff and safely en route to your runway.

Order Processing
Most orders are ready for dispatch within 24–48 hours. However, during peak travel times (or for pieces with custom options like length or colour), please allow up to 5 business days. We inspect each item with care before it boards its journey.

Shipping Rates
✈ South Africa: Enjoy FREE local shipping on orders over R1 000.
✈ International: Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight.

Estimated Flight Times
📍 Local (South Africa): Delivery typically takes 1–5 working days via our trusted carriers—The Courier Guy, RAM, Fastway, and others.
🌍 International: Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days, but customs and destination may influence timing.

Order Tracking
Once your package has taken off, we’ll email your flight path (tracking number) so you can follow its journey on our "Track Your Order" page.

In-Flight Delays
While we’ll always do our part to ensure smooth skies, delays caused by shipping companies, customs, weather, or other external factors are unfortunately beyond our control. Once your parcel leaves our hands, we’re not responsible for further delays. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

Undeliverable Addresses
If your parcel circles back due to an incorrect address or delivery issue, we’ll reach out to confirm your details. Re-delivery fees may apply.

Changed Your Destination?
If you need to update your shipping address after checkout, reach us ASAP at info@wingsofopportunity.com. We’ll adjust it if your parcel hasn’t yet departed.

International Flights
Yes, we ship worldwide. Your sparkle deserves a passport. If you need a special arrangement for a remote destination or bulk order, get in touch—our ground crew is ready.

Lost or Damaged in Transit
If your jewelry arrives damaged or doesn’t land at all, let us know immediately. We'll help reroute the situation with a replacement or refund where applicable.
